Your AVHR board is planning our quarterly meeting, and you are invited! We are meeting in the conference room at the Fairgrounds, in the building we don’t use for practice.

This meeting will be in person, but we will also have a Zoom link for anyone who wants to listen in or join from afar. You are encouraged to get involved!

Our agenda will be the normal beats of checking in on our finances, discussing upcoming events, and recruitment across all roles.

These meetings usually run around 60 minutes. Zoom link will be provided at least 24 hours ahead, edited as a part of this message.
